By requesting a commission from me, you agree to these Terms of Service.In the following text below, the person making the commissions (CheesyMoth) shall be referred to as Cheesy and the customer(s) shall be referred to as Client(s) for a better understanding of the agreement.GENERAL- These Terms may be updated with prior notice and such updates will be applied to commissions made and to be made.
- WIPs (Work in Progress) of the commission requested by the client will be sent to the client for the purpose of making changes to the sketch.○If the work is finished and the client is not satisfied with the result knowing that there was time for corrections during the sketching no refund will be made.○If the work is finished and a change is desired, an extra amount will be charged.- Orders can be rejected for various reasons and it is not mandatory to indicate the reason for this.- If the client wants to specify something before starting the commission (either some pose, object, expression, etc..) It must be explained before starting the order and in turn give some kind of reference.- The commissions will be made in random order, if you are interested in seeing the process of my orders you can see my waiting list or ask through my DMs.- When asking for a commission please let me know if you want the commission or not.- The estimated time to make commissions is 1 to 4 months or 1 to 3 weeks because I don't have much time to draw due to university studies, personal reasons or not being mentally prepared to carry out the commission.- Please do not send me DMs on my social media just to "Meet me" or "be friends" motives because I am not a person who likes to socialize a lot, if so the DM will be ignored and later deleted.- If the customer is a minor, the commission will be automatically rejected.- The customer must be respectful at all times, if the customer is disrespectful to Cheesy, the commission will be rejected.PAYMENTS- The method of payment can be either by PayPal invoice or can be by Ko-Fi.- The commission must be paid in advance once the commission has been accepted, half of the initial payment will be charged.- The drawing will not be made without the initial payment.- The price will not be reduced, if so the commission will not be taken.- Characters with a lot of detail or difficult to draw, will require an increase of the initial price depending on their complexity.- Extra characters will be charged separately, for example: if you want me to draw 2 fullbodies of two characters we will charge double.- Complex backgrounds will be charged separately as the subject of the characters, depending on the complexity.- The base price will be charged for that character, it will be delivered with a simple background of flat color, gradient and/or transparent. If the client wishes a specific background, it must be specified and may increase the price of the drawing.-Also it will be accepted as an alternative form of payment, a Steam game of the seller's choice (Cheesy), this is optional.REFUNDS- The refound can be made only if the drawing has not been started and has not been completed for more than the stated time.- If the work is started but not finished, the refound will be made eventually.- Any error Cheesy has made, a maximum of 2 free corrections can be made.USE- All rights for the realization of a work are exclusively Cheesy's, payment is only made for the personalized work.- Any final work may be published by Cheesy on its social networks mentioning that it is a commission, unless the client specifies not to do this.○Such work will not be used by Cheesy for resale purposes.- The customer may publish such drawing on their social networks as long as Cheesy is given her respective credits.- All commissions made by Cheesy are made for personal, non-profit, non-commercial use.○The only things with exception would be concept art for video game characters (this should be previously discussed before making the commission), unless they are character concept art, emotes and/or PNGtubers, they will be charged double the initial agreed price.Commercial use does not transfer authorship of Cheesy's work only the property of such material.

Terminos de servicioAl pedirme una comisión, usted estará deacuerdo con éstos Términos de Servicio.El siguiente texto a continuación, la persona que realizará las comisiones (CheesyMoth) se deberá de referir como Cheesy y el cliente o clientes serán referidos como Cliente para una mejor comprensión del acuerdo.GENERAL• Éstos Términos pueden llegar a actualizarse ya sea con previo aviso, dichas actualizaciones serán aplicadas en comisiones hechas y a realizar.• Se le enviaran WIPs (Work in progress) de la comisión pedida por el cliente, ésto con el fin de realizar cambios de dicho boceto.○Si el trabajo está terminado y el cliente no está satisfecho con el resultado sabiendo que hubo tiempo de correcciones durante el boceteado no se realizará ningún reembolso.○Si el trabajo está terminado y se quiere realizar algún cambio se deberá pagar un monto extra.• Los pedidos pueden ser rechazados por varios motivos y a su ves no es obligatorio indicar el porqué de ésto.• Si el cliente quiere especificar algo antes de iniciar la comisión (ya sea alguna pose, objeto, expresión, etc.) Se deberá explicar antes de realizar el pedido y a su vez otorgar algún tipo de referencia.• Las comisiones se realizarán en orden aleatorio, si te interesa ver el proceso de mis pedidos puedes ver mi lista de espera o preguntarme por mis DMs.• Al momento de preguntar por una comisión favor de decirme si desea la comisión o no.• El tiempo que se tiene estimado para hacer comisiones es de 1 a 4 meses o de 1 a 3 semanas debido a que no tengo mucho tiempo para dibujar debido a estudios universitarios, razones personales o no estar mentalmente lista para hacer la comisión.• Favor de no mandarme DM en mis redes sociales con motivos de "Conocerme" o "ser amigos" debido a que no soy una persona que le guste socializar mucho, de ser así el DM será ignorado y posteriormente borrado.• Si el cliente es menor de edad, la comisión será rechazada automáticamente.• El cliente deberá ser respetuoso en todo momento, si este comete faltas de respeto hacia Cheesy, la comisión será rechazada.PAGOS• El método de pago puede ser ya sea por invoice en PayPal o puede ser por Ko-Fi.• Se deberá pagar por adelantado la comisión ya que se haya aceptado dicha comisión.• No se hará el dibujo sin el pago inicial.• El precio no se reducirá, de ser así la comisión no será tomada en cuenta.• Personajes con mucho detallado o difíciles de dibujar, requerirán un aumento de precio del precio inicial dependiendo su complejidad.• Los personajes extra se cobraran aparte, por ejemplo: si usted quiere que dibuje 2 fullbodys de dos personajes se cobrará el doble.• Fondos complejos se cobraran aparte como el asunto de los personajes, dependiendo la complejidad.• El precio base se cobrará por dicho personaje, será entregado con un fondo sencillo de color plano, degradado y/o transparente. Si el cliente desea algún fondo en específico deberá ser especificado y puede llegar a aumentar el precio de dicho dibujo.• También se aceptara como forma de pago alternativa, un juego de stem que la vendedora (Cheesy) elija, esta es opcional.REMBOLSOS• El reembolso puede ser realizado solo si el dibujo no ha sido empezado y lleva más del tiempo establecido sin hacer.• Si el trabajo está empezado pero no terminado, se hará el rembolso eventualmente.• Cualquier error que Cheesy haya cometido, se podrá tener un máximo de 2 correcciones gratuitas.USO• Todos los derechos de realización de una obra son exclusivamente de Cheesy, el pago solo se realiza por la obra personalizada.• Cualquier trabajo final puede ser publicado por Cheesy en sus redes sociales mencionando que es una comisión, a menos que el cliente especifique que no haga ésto.○Dicha obra no será usada por Cheesy con fines de reventa.• El cliente puede publicar dicho dibujo en sus redes sociales siempre y cuando se le dé a Cheesy sus respectivos créditos.• Toda comisión hecha por Cheesy está hecha con el fin de uso personal y sin fines de lucro, ni uso comercial.○Las únicas cosas con excepción serían los concept art para personajes de videojuegos (ésto deberá ser hablado previamente antes de realizar la comisión), a menos que sea arte conceptual de personajes, emotes y/o PNGtubers, esto se cobrara el doble del precio inicial acordado.●El uso comercial no transfiere la autoria del trabajo hecho por Cheesy solo la propiedad de dicho material.
